    Scope: Since 2016 FedSync has been supporting the GSA OCFO with various Financial Management needs, including; financial analysis and research; compilation and preparation of financial documentation; maintaining and reconciling accounts;  performing account close out procedures; preparing reports and statements; designing, developing, operating, or inspecting accounting systems; prescribing accounting standards, policies, and requirements; examining, analyzing and interpreting accounting data; data entry into financial systems; and assisting management on accounting and financial management matters. CPARS – FedSync “actions led to the success of PBS exceeding the measured goal of 80% for timely RWA closeouts with contractor exceeding this goal and maintaining 85% or greater throughout the full performance period.” FedSync received Exceptional CPARS ratings in multiple evaluation areas.

    Scope: FedSync is providing a wide range of Audit Readiness, Financial Management, Budget Execution, HR and Recruiting, Program Operations, and Executive Administrative support services to 8 distinct Offices of FMCSA – including the Administrator, CFO, CIO, CSO, and program offices. Our onsite PM manages this complex and varied scope BPA, with executing our management and quality control plans. FedSync transitioned 100% of the qualified incumbent staff and added new personnel to the contract, within authorized times. Our staff provide critical mission support for the FMCSA as many directorates depend on the support personnel for achieving the objectives set out by the Administrator and USDOT Secretary. The contract has over 20 personnel and includes two (2) subcontractors. FedSync received an overall Exceptional rating in a recent survey from DOT.

    Scope: On this non-personal services contract administered NSSC, BEI provides onsite support staff at 11 NASA Centers nationwide. On this $43.4M FFP/IDIQ Contract, BEI provides staff under 20 labor categories, SCA and Non-SCA that supports NASA in contract closeout, acquisition and administrative efforts. LaRC also recognized BEI for its excellent support in coordinating with other contractors. BEI surpassed the standard performance expectations established in this performance-based contract and received a Cash Performance Incentive by outdid the established performance goals on the contract. BEI has an excellent track record in effectively recruiting, training and retaining employees. For example, on its Acquisition Support Services Task Orders, BEI has proven able to recruit highly-competent acquisition support personnel at 7 different NASA locations including ARC, GSFC, GSFC-SEWP, GSFC-IV&V, LaRC, SSC and MAF. Our breadth of federal contracting experience and our incumbent contract performance uniquely position BEI to recruit and retain - qualified acquisition personnel at all NASA Centers.
