FedSync is honored and proud to announce that we have been certified by Great Place to Work®. This distinguished commendation is determined through direct and anonymous feedback from current employees and reflects their firsthand experience at FedSync. This recognition marks the first time FedSync applied and achieved this certification, with 74% of employee respondents surveyed saying FedSync is a great place to work – opposed to 57% at the average U.S. company.  FedSync employees surveyed by Great Place to Work® said they feel FedSync is a safe place to work (95 percent), are treated fairly (88 percent), and rate the service we deliver as excellent (88 percent).  Employees also reflect that they are given a lot of responsibility (88 percent).

About the program: Since 1992 Great Place to Work® has surveyed more than 100 million employees worldwide and used those deep insights to define what makes a great workplace: trust. Certification is based on an objective survey of employees' opinions. Because employee feedback and independent analysis determine the scores, Great Place to Work Certification is considered a reliable, objective measurement of employer performance and employee satisfaction.
