Rahul Jindal, CGFM

Mr. Jindal provides strategic vision, leadership, operations support and continuous development to FedSync. Prior to founding FedSync, Rahul was employed with IBM. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from George Mason University and Master’s degree in Financial Risk Management from Henley Business School, University of Reading. He is also a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM). Due to Mr. Jindal's strategic vision and pursuits, today FedSync supports five (5) federal agencies, all with distinct missions, hold competitive contract vehicles for growth and sustainability, partners with multiple federal contractors, and has over 90 staff members. 

Rahul holds high ethical standards and values for himself and staff. His focus is on the delivery of services to our customer and staff, both critical to FedSync.

Benjamin Thomas, PMP
Vice President

Mr. Thomas has over 30 years of technical, managerial and executive experience in the military, government and private sector. A former government senior executive and 22-year veteran of the United States Air Force, Mr. Thomas has served at the highest executive levels in military, government and industry. He supported the Director of National Intelligence as Deputy for the National Intelligence University and Acting Director of the Foreign Language Program. In those roles he was responsible for oversight of foreign language capabilities across the National Intelligence Program, as well as Intelligence Community senior executive training, education and development for the Senior National Intelligence Service.

Mr. Thomas oversees the Bid and Proposal Department, plus provides sound management advise to the CXO team. Incorporating Risk Management in project/program execution and utilizing his 30 years of Federal executive and Military experience to help management navigate the minefields of government contracting.

Joanie Rincon
Director of Programs and Operations

Ms. Rincon has over 20 years experience supporting Federal agencies,  and more than 10 years with NASA. As an experienced financial and project manager she is well suited to lead and oversee corporate operations and program functions, ensuring on time delivery and highly effective program operations support. 

Ms. Rincon works remotely and supports the more than 10 contracts that FedSync leads, she is an SCA subject matter expert and has directly managed projects as large as 200 FTE - in multiple states and cross disciplines.
