GSA PSS is a Federal and State government wide multiple award schedule (MAS). GSA FABS is the preferred vehicle for many federal agencies, allowing limited competition, access to proven vendors, faster acquisition time, and web based acquisition. The Best-in-Class 8(a) STARS III GWAC is a small business set-aside contract that provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. The 8(a) STARS III GWAC:

  • Limited protestability up to $10M

  • Offers expert guidance from the GSA team, including free scope review services and market research

  • Ordering Period: Five year base with one three year option, started July 2, 2021

  • Contract Access Fee: 0.75%, the same as GSA Schedules

FedSync is part of SBA 8(a) program, certified 05/02/2012. The 8(a) program is designed to give small businesses a fair advantage to compete with other mid and large established businesses. Under the program a Federal agency can direct award contracts up to $4 million, in line with FAR and allowing for a very rapid acquisition. FedSync has been a successful Prime contractor at FAA. We have been awarded multiple task orders under eFAST MOA servicing customers in AVS/AFS and ANG/NextGen. FedSync looks to partner with other program offices and vendors to continue its successful performance. Our MOA functional category is Business and Management (BAM). We are able to work in all Functional Areas and bring successful partners under the eFAST program.

 

FAA eFAST is the FAA's preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. eFAST supports the following contract types: Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, Labor Hour and others as appropriate.
